IMO the arrow is kinda small, so it`s not perfectly visible.

zoom in the arrow a bit..

Highlight also need to be stronger, imagine if there were real lightning around an object, it will be a lot a lot lighter than this. make the glow smoother, it looks a bit opaque

Well, the arrow is a bit... small, compared to the other >something< Arrows icons. The lighning effect looks great, though.
