At first glance it's kinda hard to make out what this icon represents.
It'd be ideal for an icon to be recognizable at first glance.
A better definition would help us to understand what's going on in this icon.
I strongly recommend you to add shading(highlights and shadows, using lighter or darker tones of your base colors), this will visibly improve all of your icons.
Also, using a richer color scheme will reduce the monotony, which these icons are suffering from.
I'd like to see a big pic/WIP of this work.
