looks good i feel you can warp the bottom left corner of the hair better, or is that a green background ?
anyway comparing it with your own previous works this is a 3/5 (has the potential to be 4/5)

In my opinion this is your best portrait yet,

The issues I have with it is that the face seems a little bit skewed, I think some features of her face seem more tilted/angled than others (example mouths), also the blur on her chin makes it hard to read.

I did a quick edit to show some of my ideas.

(I didn't wanna bother with the left corner as it was already pointed out in the post above)

The portrait itself is looking much better, but you still didn't address the issue about the bottom left corner. Her hair just seems to blend into the green background, I don't understand what happens there. And I don't wanna bother you too much, as the current version already looks good enough but if you decide to touch up the left corner you might also wanna refine the bottom right corner as well, since the hair is a tad bit messy.

By the way, I don't wanna discourage you too much with the nitpicking and pointing out "flaws", so I just wanna reassure you that I think the portrait currently looks really good and I am liking a lot more than I dislike here, I like her attitude and character and like the angle you went for. It's coming along great, keep up the good work.
