Too solid and flat, looks like a drawing logo on dark cloth.

This goes for all of your flame icons. They are useless. they have one minute differance and that is the background which isnt that great. i suggest you work on one icon, delete the rest. Make it look NOT blurry.

Too blurry and it doesn't looks like a flame strike at all, it looks like a blood tear. Change it's shape and sharpen it.
