Looks too poor at the moment, dunno reshape it and add stronger colour tones yellow->red

Blurish, need more details and stronger colors. Also it not gonna be SO blurred. Need strong highlines too.

A bit too simple and too many smudging processes. Easy icon, can be done in couple of minutes. Well, instead of insulting your icon like PeeKay did to mine, I will be an example and do the constructive review.
1. The red edges in the center of fire bolt need to be more toned with rest of colors around it.
2. Only orange appears in mass on this icon. I suggest more colors, yellow and red basically.
3. The fire bolt needs to be more defined and circular. At the time, it reminds me to fire-flowers from Super Mario.
4. To remove the cartoon effect, add more color versatility and don't define those red edges.
5. You forgot the PASbutton
