Okay, so for some reason it looks really ugly when uploaded haha.

It's keeping your heroes warm at the very least..
But will look into shading tomorrow.

I did not know that a cloak is that voluminous. You really should change that and yes, if it is ought to be black or dark grey, you need to darken the shadows and the cloak itself.

Be spare with the highlights though, black does not reflect light really...

Good concept, room for improvements.
