I though his teeth should be coming out from inside of his mouth.
Now they looks attached to his bottom lip.

It actually look's good, but one thing is nagging me and that is his side teeth. You know what i mean, if you look at my fel orc models closely.


Edit: Also i will link your Icon as an Asset for my Model. Anything against that?

It goes in that direction, but in the small 64x64 Picture I can't really tell.


Also you can link my model as an Asset too. It would only be fair to do this. (If you don't know what i mean then go to my model and look for an "asset"-Section. There you will find your Icon linked.)

I think you tried to stick to the real model so much that you lost the freehand blizzard look that you should go for

Try letting yourself be more creative with the coloring and blending, and don't be so rigid, the horns on the real model just stick out but you can make them more natural in the icon, and you can try and make a slightly different arrangement of teeth, adding some shadows, and fixing the eyes, they look like bug eyes, the glow needs to be a softer linear gradient. lastly, take a dark half solid brush and try defining things here and there.
