Its funny I'm telling you this because my latest icon had the same problem, but the eyes look odd. Maybe it's the pupil, but they just seem strange to me.
Maybe try outlining the eye in a darker color and leaving the glow a little outside of the outline. And possibly do a light pupil rather than a dark one. 4/5 though.
