Hi, this is my first submitted resource here though I have been following what's going on at this site. 
My nickname is actually eXerZ but I couldn't delete the first account that I made here.
Now... this is a 100% freehand made bracer. I tried to make it look like there are dragonscales on it.
I used one filter but I didn't like it with it and I've removed it so... no filters used.
This is work for about 30-60 mins.
It is NOT my first icon.
