1/4, almost 1/2 of the skin have black spots, a good icon should have 1/6 or 1/7. i bet you cnped it from wc3viewer, you simply took a screenshot and pasted it here. also i bet you used the burn tool you darken the icon, that's not right, you gotta put a layer over it, fill that layer with black, then set the layer's opacity to 40%, this way it will look like DARKENED, not have its CONTRAST dramaticly dragged down.
it seems like a good skin, but who cares, this is the icon, shade the hairs, its too blank with all that blank over all the skin. if you haven't freehanded it, do it.
