Apheraz Lucent: The main problem is that the icon nearly completely lacks shadows and a light source. Background is too still, and the effects are plain and simple.

Hmmm,
First the blade of the sword looks like a rocky texture instead of a metalish texture.
Secondly, i like the brown colored background, i don't really like the crazy design you have around the sword in the background though. Looks to crammed together. Just put a cool looking aura around the sword.
Lastly, the shine on the top right of the blade is kinda annoying, either make that shine's opacity lower so its not too notice able, or remove it.
