I'm not sure about anything in this icon...not only it looks very empty, but also the hooks look weird. You can try adding a kind of a shine-effect-star-thingy in an specific part of each hook. (Don't forget that that shine effect would come from a single light to a "face" of each hook, so it should be applied properly)
