For improve ments, maybe make the eye-background black, and make the eyeglobe glow instead? Think it would look alot better ^^

Sorry, but I don't see any difference D:
What I meant, you know where the red eye is? The background there, that is dark grey-ish now, make it black, then add a red glow around the eye-globe.

This is obviously not yours. The random brushings on it appear to be all you've done, judging by the quality, which is very different.
