The model has brown hair, your icon has blonde hair.
I really, REALLY suggest you to download the model, look at it in Magos' Model Editor or even in-game and just THEN to make a fitting icon...
You seem to miss a lot of details from supposedly looking at just the screenshot.

I will NOT spent time searching for old Wc3 CD, installing the game, remembering after 6 years how to work the WorldEditor, just so I can get a detail right for the Icon.
Use it or dont, or give good image reference next time.

This icon is really damn cool. A pity the model doesn't make it justice. I'm going to try to find a model more fitting to it. XP lol
