I can contrast only the WHOLE picture now, but not the parts (I mean Lightning, face or background). Like this:

Actually I do not, I save them all as jpg at start.

pds is photoshop files, which got all the layers to start out with.
So therefor you can still change the hue and saturation on each layer.
