This is a helmet for warriors/gladiators. It is a bit damaged, but still usefull. The only way to defend yourself against much more powerfull enemy is to be in the "cage".

I took the name from Titan Quest. When I was playing with defender (clear defender class), I found a great helmet called "brain cage".

There's a level 50 ish plate helm in WoW called Brain Cage. It's a rare drop in Blackrock Depths.
