Yea, add the teeth, because so far it doesn`t look like a skull at all. And add more shadings to the skull too.

1-For one, doesn't look like a skull or a firework, you need to look at some regular skulls and try to make this skull better.
2-Background lacks a lot, you need to make the fire blaze better it looks like its going from the middle towards the ends of the border.
3-Effects and details are in dying need, maybe add some fire sparks or smoke, something that makes it better.

The background isn`t bad at all. If only he put more colors into it, then it should be ok.

Actually there are quite a lot of sparks and second, the aura/light/blaze comes out of the skull. Like it's glowing because it's a skull made of fire.

The teeth should be bigger a lot. It`s not visible at all in this size.

The teeth took horribly long time to make.. And wouldn't it be weird with such over-sized teeth?

Yea, but now it`s hard to say they are teeth. It looks like more sparks in the background.
