Kinda looks like a feather at first glance, maybe get rid of the effects in the sword and make it look more sharper at the end of it.

Idk, the shape does not look right to me, the effects make the edges looks chewed and smudged.

I think making the lines sharper would help.

The dark area around the blade part is a bit too dark tone it down a bit so it isn't really dark and maybe a blue mist behind the blade would be cool too but that's if you want to is all.
