Pyramidhe@d: i dont know what it is supposed to bbe. it does not look black, it does not look powerful and it look nothing like a gem. please be more precise in your image. perhaps show the angled edges of the gem

The overall picture is under-definded and does not appear to be what you claim it to be.
You break unity too sharply by putting a blue circle next to many red circles. The colour choice is not optimal anyways, you use too many contrasting vibrant hues, making it a strain on the eyes of the viewer to try to distinguish what he/she is looking it.

Just add a light blue dot on the "plate" or w/e its suppost to be and you got a collection of the reputation gems around here, that doesnt look a gem at all!

(dont forget the black gem! xD lol)

Meehhh.. this doesnt look anything like you described the icon, not powerful, nothing like darkness, and where is the gem(s)?
