I think it's not bad but needs a bit more definition and also the book should be mirrored (because now we see the back side of the book, not the front)...
Other points are described in the Necromancer book thread. The author did these for himself for his map (where everyone reads backwards) and he won't give up the source of the parts of image because he doesn't care if it's approved or not. He uploaded them just because he thought they may be useful. Fair enough.
