Boss > creep spawn

can any1 help me with a trigger please? it goes as :
a boss is in front of a cage. the cage is invulnerable.
after killing the boss, the cage will be un-invulnerable and is able to be hit.
the team which attacks the cage will have a specific creep spawned for them periodically. please help and ask if needed more explantion
