Why not just create the flag as an attachment and attach it ingame to the vanila versions of Hellscream and the Orc Blademaster? (ingame you have both thier normal and fel versions)

I tried to do it myself. but in none of the attempts worked. then turn to the staff of the hive :/

and the worst part is that I don't know what went wrong
