DonDustin: I'm sorry but your model lacks the requirements for approval in almost every field:
1. that custom texture is really bad and would not even be needed
2. the mesh is just a simple edit of the grunt model
3. there is no finalisation on the model (examples: the animation name is wrong, the internal name isn't changed, etc)
