Bash > Antiblock td

ok, im a little confused here... Theres a td named Gangbang TD and i searched for the author, i wanted a system in his map. I found a starter kit he have done so anyone can make a td, and in that kit it says if the creeps have bash, u dont need antiblock... is that true?

I think you can use bash, even if the bonus dmg, stun and evasion chance is not applied, you can turn on the flag never miss to make it unavoidable.
