[General] Attack icon disappear after trigger

I have a problem with this. Disabling Attack 0 makes attack icon disappear:

I don't know why does it disappear. Is there any way to disable this attack without hiding an icon?

Attack 2 never appears on heroes.

You can add the burrow's Cargo Hold ability which would prevent the unit from attacking and then remove it when you want to enable the attack again.
