This is an animated 2D-Portrait of the Terran Marine right from StarCraft. It's quite big (~500kB), because each Frame has it's own blp. If there is any interest in it, I can release the tools ans scipts I have used to create this model. It's only a 5-Minute-Work to generate a WarCraft III-Portrait out of an StarCraft-Portrait.

the huge file size makes this useless. Also, 130 polygons?!?! Are you insane man, it should be just a damned plane, no more than 2 triangles...
