Air Strike Siren Loop Help

Hi, I needed/found an air strike siren sound. But it is 5mb ( 2 minutes.). I tried to cut it to make it loop, but I am not used to edit sounds. So It sucked. I need your help to get it work. It must be able to loop and acceptable file size for a map. Maybe (7-14) seconds

i know but i cant get the file from that. it says you need some plugin i think so its easier if i just can get the mp3

alright here it is in wav format. just upload it into world editor its about 9 seconds long
