you cant ADD team color you can only edit it in places that it all ready exists.
Some models have team color areas some dont.
If this is an alpha question its probably been answered before.
With Photoshop i beleive alphaing can be done with simply erasing parts with the eraser.

.... TC Must be edited in the MODEL and in the TEXTURE....
Model:
The Geosetwhere you want TC must have an applying for TC
Texture:
The places were TC should be visible have to be alfa colored!!
... thats short form.... more, read in the models Forum.... (theres a lot of that stuff!!)
