As a member of the Warlock community, I'm here at Zymoran's indirect request to ask for a model to be made.

What needs change is the projectile model for the spell Homing.

At the moment, it is plain blue. It's the Spirit Of Vengeance projectile. What we want is that it has teamcolor. So the "ball" should be colored by the color of the player, and its glow as well.
If this is not possible, then simply add anything that will identify the owner. If it looks good to you, post it here. You can also feel free to make a model from scratch, as long as it resembles the original Homing.
Anything is appreciated.

Here's the model (taken from War3x.mpq): View attachment SpiritOfVengeanceBirthMissile.mdx
(If the download doesn't work, click here.)

Thanks.

//Edit: Wrong model posted, has been updated...

A team color comes out when you have two materials used for one geoset (in some manner if you want some kind of really good effect) One material should use the replaceable ID 1 and the other the normal one which should be set at its filter mode to blend. Now, talking about this model, try changing some material here into blend at its filter mode and see the effect and add the texture Replaceable ID 1, the team color. I know you know this cause you model too. And if there is another way much better. Much better if we help this man with what he needs.

Yep my point to eubz exactly and on a side note: if you read what the thread requester wrote then he states that a new model that looks like the old one is also accepted, so in every way this is indeed possible to do..
