A noob needing hands-on trigger help...

Ok, as you now know from the title, i am a real retard when it comes to triggers and would like someone to take my maps and make some triggers themselves...
I did get someone to do this on Garena (A PvPgn server) but he is never on at the same time as me and I dont have his email...
