3ds Max 7+ Converter???

Is there any tool or converter that can convert MDL or MDX files to .MAX files or whatever it is for 3ds Max 7/8??

Max 7 is nigh-useless for Warcraft modding

Max 8 will also be useless

If you want to mod Warcraft, you need Max 4 or 5. Maybe 6, but that's not entirely bug proof

I wonder if it max 7 models are compatible with max 5, so you can send your model to someone with max 5, who will export and submit your model.
