I am unsure whether using JASS and Lua in an older version is the most effective way to ensure compatibility with the latest version of WC3. Given my lack of familiarity with the process, I prefer to use the latest version to minimize potential issues. I want my models and icons to function seamlessly in both Classic and Reforged, giving players the flexibility to choose. I require assistance with multiple triggers, as none of them are functioning optimally.
The screenshots are an example of how complicated this is

I'm not entirely sure what your concern is based on your wording (sorry, it's just a little unclear), but Warcraft 3 was actually built using JASS and has been around since its beginning. Blizzard has continued to update the language so it's compatible with newer versions too.

Looking at your screenshot, it's hard to know if what you have is complicated or not without looking at the triggers themselves, but the number of triggers and variables that you have implies that it would be relatively easy for an experienced triggerer to rework anything that needed reworking.
