You should probably say why you need it , also you could just use models already in the game for that guy.You could probably just skin Kel thuzard the necromancer to be this guy if you wanted to aswell : /

On his left hand (one without staff) is that a piece of cloth or a dagger?

If you saa what your project is and post some screenshots I could attempt to do it (won't look the exact same, I use ingame textures when modeling)

On his left hand, its just a loooong piece of his robe, dangling down.

Use the Medivh model not the Kelly model. Medivh fits better then Kelly.
