vfx

Hello! Is there any program to create new VFX effects such as new missiles, auras, magic or doodad cinematic effects? I have experience in Unity with VFX, so I could try to create some new effects for my project but I have no idea where to create and how import them to the game?

I've been trying to change the mortar team auto attack missile into a custom model or effect. I've searched around for a while and I can't figure it out. How would I go about doing this? Thank you.
