head clips like crazy in most of the animations, that's why the original tauren has a small head and it hangs low to avoid cliping on the stupid weapon(log) lol.

Been waiting for this one a long time now! But I have to agree with @Mint Blancmanche. Maybe you just could reduce size at the log weapon and polish the animations after that, might be enought. Any more cool model of same race going on?
