Here I use a mainmenu dialog with a creep vote button as the event to start the creep vote, which would normally have other stuff included in the main menu like stats, and other extra features.
And the "voteinprogress" varible is there so that when a vote is in progress the creep vote button wont be there when you go to the main menu, to avoid overlapping the votes and dialogs.
