The idea is nice, but the execution is extremely poor and you barely did the minimum to fit the model into wc3.
Please fix the following:
You need an in-game screenshot. This is needed as per the rules of the Hive.
The animations are wooden, 'pop-back' and do not return to their origin point, which makes the model look extremely broken, clumsy and weird. You need to fix that.
Some of the animations straight up do not fit. Why is the model 'walking' and still have an animation of the flying dragon? This is bad.
The health bar is a bit too high above the model.
There are a lot of issues with the internal parts of the model: Sanity Test
I would recommend you to read up on tutorials and cleanly remove all issues and problems mentioned above.
