Sorry dude but the quality of this icon is really pure. You should read some tutorials and keep practising. Then when you have a nice and good-looking icon, you can come back and upload it. I dont say you never will get good, im just trying to say that people's first icons is never good enought for approval. Go read a few tutorials and keep pratising

Ok, what we have here:
- The icon is very simple. Background, a brush and a lightning effect.
- Although the shape looks like a blade, it definitely needs more definition.
- The keywords contain its "theme", which includes "Heaven". I doubt heaven's units or objects have pink color.
- The 'cloud' looks more of a lightning, rather than an actual cloud - too shiny.

Nobody can really say what "heaven" looks like, it's personal belief. You'll get into nasty on-line religious debates that way. And those are not fun for anyone.
