Quest - Create a Optional quest titled 背景 with the description 1482年(朝鮮成宗十三年),朝鮮王朝第10代國王燕山君的生母尹氏遭到謀害,徐天壽奉命賜毒藥予廢后尹氏。同時,御膳廚房宮女-朴明伊目睹有人在王室食物裡加入不明成份,卻被安插罪名,並經內部處決毒殺,幸得好友韓愛鍾在毒藥中摻入解毒的綠豆水救回一命。其後燕山君繼位,徐天壽辭去內禁?軍官之職,並與朴明伊相遇。二人遠走他方,結為夫婦,並誕下一女——徐長今,從此天壽帶?妻女歸隱為賤民。可惜命途多舛,1504年發生甲子士禍,燕山君下令追殺當年殺尹氏所有人士。徐天壽因此被捕並被押解回漢陽。同時,朴明伊昔日的對手為了成為御膳廚房的最高尚宮,全力追殺存活的朴明伊。後來朴明伊中箭,臨死前留下一份信。小長今為了繼承母親的遺願入宮,在進入宮中後因闖入退膳間遭訓育尚宮處罰不准學習,並準備將長今趕出宮外,長今苦苦哀求,訓育尚宮終於給她一個機會,讓她參加考試,提調尚宮故意出了一些困難度高的問題讓長今回答,沒想到長今通通回答正確,在場的人都被他的學識驚呆了。長今被分配到韓尚宮的處所做小宮女,韓尚宮細心觀察得知長今常識豐富。懂得不少醫藥知識,對於味覺有獨特敏銳之處,因此決定好好培養長今,教導長今認識各式各樣的野菜,以及料理的特別手藝。明朝送來明朝皇室飼養的金雞以慶賀中宗的生辰,由今英負責保管,不過金雞卻遺失了,今英?急的想偷溜出宮,請崔判述幫忙,長今自願與今英一起出宮解決當前難關,但是長今途中遇到閔政浩受傷,耽誤了回宮時間,在鄭尚宮和韓尚宮的哀求之下,長今免除了被趕出宮外,被調到宮外的多栽軒,負責這裏的鄭白雲主簿意志消沉,卻看出長今用心種植草藥,甚感佩服,教導長今認識各種草藥,以及治病的藥方,終於成功栽培百本,立下大功,此時,連生來告知她終於可以回宮去了。長今終於可以回到宮內,即將要御膳競賽,如果無法過關,就要被趕出宮外,雖然她全力以赴,努力用功,但是因為答不出試題,長今枯坐試場,在實地競賽的時候,因為長今的麵粉在前晚遺失了,改用白菜葉子做饅頭的皮,雖然得到尚膳大人的贊許,但是提調尚宮認為遺失自己的食材是沒有資格被錄取的,因此長今被淘汰出宮,但王大妃蒞臨試場,親自品嘗了一些小宮女準備的餐點,嚐到長今的作品時,讚不絕口,因此長今九死一生,免除被淘汰出宮的命運。閔政浩被長今的堅強所感動,對長今暗生情愫,卻被自小暗戀他的今英瞧在眼中,今英開始嫉恨長今。元子喝下德久煮的蟲草全鴨湯之後,全身麻痺並且無法動彈,長今終於查出元子的病因,從義禁府救出德久,因為親嚐人參與肉荳蔻,自己身體也無法動彈陷入麻痺,經過醫女細心的治療,雖然身體已經可以恢復行動,卻意外發現失去了味覺。身為御膳廚房的內人,失去味覺讓長今感到十分不安與恐懼,並且帶長今到處找遍名醫希望可以治療長今的味覺,長今堅持認為自己無法達成韓尚宮賦予的使命,韓尚宮卻認為長今有一般人所沒有的才華,就是可以畫出味道。訓練長今做一些長今從來沒有做過的佳餚,並且不讓長今嚐味道,憑?手感加入佐料,漸漸讓長今對自己有了信心。長今失去了味覺,心中的苦悶無以言喻。鄭雲白正在研究蜂針可以替人治病的療效,長今苦求鄭雲白幫她施打蜂針,鄭雲白認為堅決不肯。崔尚宮間接得知長今失去了味覺,韓尚宮認為長今對飲食有異於常人的天賦,任何料理都難不倒長今,崔尚宮提出如果長今能用進貢品鯨魚肉來做出佳餚,就願意接受長今繼續留下來。鄭白雲終於抵不過長今的懇求,替長今施打蜂針,長今發現自己已經可以辨識味道欣喜萬分。鄭尚宮身體日益虛弱,準備退位;提調尚宮與崔尚宮等人虎視眈眈,覬覦最高尚宮的位置,鄭尚宮不願意御膳廚房的惡習繼續相傳下去,因此稟報中宗,希望由御膳廚房中的兩位最具有實力的尚宮經過競賽,贏取勝利者登上最高尚宮位置,提調尚宮與崔尚宮因此懷恨在心…崔尚宮選擇今英成為自己的得力助手,韓尚宮則選擇了長今來一起工作。中宗請太后來選取御膳廚房最高尚宮,太后出的第一道題:是利用百姓們平常不知道哪些是可以吃的東西來做出可口的佳餚,希望藉此幫助天下百姓度過收成欠缺的難關。長今為了贏得比賽,千辛萬苦買到上好牛骨熬燉牛骨湯,卻意外落敗,長今難掩失望之情… 太后出了最後一道競賽試題:並沒有設限題目的內容,請兩位尚宮自由發揮。韓尚宮決定準備八卦湯呈給中宗,到宮廷後院找出幾十年前與她的好友共同埋在地底的調味醋,比賽前夕準備妥當的材料,被崔判述等人有意破壞,因此韓尚宮急忙出宮找尋食材,途中卻被一群惡漢架走,無法在時間內回到宮來,長今慌忙緊張不知該如何是好,於是決定先自己上場來準備食物,中宗和王妃以及太后對於長今的料理手藝讚不絕口,中宗甚至脫口說出:長今是當代朝鮮最優秀的御膳廚房宮女。太后在當時的情勢之下也選定韓尚宮為御膳廚房的最高尚宮。韓尚宮看到明伊的日誌百思不解,為甚麼日誌現在突然出現。長今遺失了母親的日誌,甚是傷心難過,也擔心娘的身分被暴露…而當崔尚宮得知小冊子是當年朴內人所寫的,更是無法置信。便將當年如何污衊朴內人以及讓朴內人喝下死藥的往事告知今英,並且告知今英…朴內人的女兒出現了:就是御膳廚房的內人長今。韓尚宮終於看到長今埋在調味醋缸的信函,得知長今就是明伊的女兒…後來長今身份被崔尚宮發現,而此時恰好正在溫泉療養中的中宗吃了韓尚宮敬獻的硫磺鴨子後突然昏厥,內醫正為了逃避誤診的責任,與崔家一起炮製了硫磺鴨子事件,導致長今與韓尚宮一起被陷害流放至濟州。韓尚宮在流配濟州島途中過世,長今傷心欲絕,後長今跟隨張德到官衙的藥房去做官婢,張德雖然醫術高明,但是行事作風怪異,張德要求嚴格,長今不分晝夜苦讀,張德對於長今的進步頗為滿意。長今得知宮廷即將舉行醫女選拔,立刻趕回宮去參加選拔,長今入宮接受醫女訓練,遇到一位嚴厲的醫學教授,長今以自己的信念與對醫術醫德的執?追求化解了申教授的誤解並得到他的認可,卻因為不願意接受李醫官的要求去官員的宴席擔當妓女而被公報私仇,其她醫女都通過了李醫官的課程,唯獨沒有接受應招的長今與信非被李醫官判定不通;正直的申教授無法接受這樣不公的行為卻又無法在職務上干涉李醫官的判決結果,在此情形下申教授讓除長今與信非之外的訓練生在他教授的課程這一項都得到不通,導致所有訓練生都不合格,從而擴大了事件,驚動了督提調,決定親自來檢定這批醫女,發現長今非常傑出,長今終於進入內醫院做醫女,開始嶄新的生活。重新入宮後的長今隨即遇到棘手的病情,王妃娘娘小產後腹內疼痛不止,身體日漸虛弱,醫官們開出的藥方卻毫無療效;負責為王妃娘娘把脈的首席醫女阿烈堅持王妃娘娘的脈象為牢脈,誤導了醫官對王妃的診治,唯獨長今通過細緻的觀察發現了王妃娘娘一些不易察覺的癥狀,並且把出王妃娘娘的脈象為一般醫官非常難以判定的散脈,得出王妃娘娘腹內還有死亡的胎兒這一診斷,救了王妃娘娘的性命並且得到她的信任,不過卻因此招來醫女阿烈的嫉恨,其她醫女的排斥。醫女阿烈發現了長今與崔尚宮家族之間的關係並且向崔今英表達效忠的意願,希望以將長今趕出宮廷作為交換條件從崔家獲得巨大利益。連生懷孕的消息傳開,並被冊封為從四品淑媛娘娘,內醫院指定由阿烈負責照顧連生,阿烈明知連生有風熱症狀,卻告知連生只是血虛,吃下不該吃的食物,希望連生小產,幸好長今聽連生訴說自己的病狀時,再度替連生診脈,希望可以挽回連生肚子裡的小孩,長今識破阿烈的詭計,立即上報,申主簿等人經過再度診脈得知連生有風熱,阿烈的行為雖然引起申主簿的質疑,不過阿烈堅持是她將連生的病情誤診為血虛;申教授要求將她發配到惠民署自我反省,不過由於內醫正的包庇而免於一劫。多年之後,中宗再次出現了與硫磺鴨子案件中一樣的病情,醫官們束手無策,崔尚宮為了討好中宗,特地獻上猴頭菇為中宗熬湯,未料中宗食用之後,當夜再次昏倒。內醫正故技重施,在醫女阿烈的同謀下決定先暫時將原因歸咎到御膳廚房並且暗中布下陷阱,今英立刻被軟禁在內需司;強勢的崔尚宮則認為中宗昏厥的原因是由於內醫正的誤診而向內醫正發出反擊;王妃為中宗的病情非常擔憂,開始對醫官們的診斷產生懷疑卻又沒有證據;長今為平反韓尚宮的冤屈設法進入內侍府抄閱屬於絕密的中宗的病情記錄被內侍府發覺,崔尚宮乘機落井下石,脅迫本欲維護長今的尚膳大人將事件上報給王妃加以處死。王妃表面下令尚膳大人按內侍府法規進行處置,卻密令長今到一絕密之處研究中宗的病情,如果成功,則免長今一死;長今最終發現了中宗致病的真正元兇並且擬出了藥方,如果不公布中宗的真實病情,那麼仇敵崔尚宮與今英就難逃一死,雖然崔尚宮任然無一絲懺悔之心,拒絕說出當年的真相,然而長今在報仇與誠實之間選擇了後者,如實說出對中宗的診斷,經過一波三折,最終治好了中宗;崔尚宮與今英被無罪釋放了。因為這次事件,內醫正,吳兼護,崔家之間原本的政治聯盟分崩離析並且開始無相攻擊,崔家試圖暗殺內醫正未遂卻得到內醫正自殺的消息,長今謊稱得到內醫正的遺書而引起崔尚宮的恐慌,崔尚宮試圖通過太后娘娘得到這封遺書卻被長今告知這封遺書其實不存在,由於內醫正留有遺書的傳言已經傳開,崔尚宮乘機讓阿烈攜帶偽造的遺書構陷吳兼護,就在二人在堂上互相攻訐之際,按照閔政浩計策詐死的內醫正突然出現,說出了真相,當年的證人一個接?一個出現,終於使當年的真相得以重現。經此一案,內醫正罷官;吳兼護罷官流放;崔判述抄家流放;途中身體不堪勞頓與艱苦身亡;崔尚宮自首途中意外墜崖身亡;崔今英罷官,長今報仇的心愿終於得以實現。中宗感激長今所做的一切,平反了朴明伊與韓尚宮的名譽,並且讓長今在御膳房下一任最高尚宮選出之前代理最高尚宮,使得她有機會將母親的冤屈寫在最高尚宮代代相傳的秘書之上。之後長今請求去活人署救治更多的百姓,然而不久卻被王妃娘娘調入宮中,捲入宮廷鬥爭;雖然世子多病,最後必然是王妃娘娘的兒子繼位,然而王妃擔心在這一段權力真空期會發生不測,因此下令長今使用不可察之的手段殺死世子。長今堅持醫術只可用於救人的原則,苦苦拒絕了王妃,不料當時說的言語恰好被趕來的中宗聽到;中宗詢問長今王妃的密謀,長今不願意連累王妃,冒死拒絕中宗。中宗被長今的醫德與仁慈感動,下令長今為他的主治醫官,激起群臣強烈反對;此時長今正和閔政浩想要設法逃出宮廷遠走他鄉,只要可以行醫,哪怕當賤民也無所謂;二人逃亡途中被追了回來。在長今對中宗日常醫護的過程中,中宗對長今產生愛慕之心,就在欲將長今納入後宮之時,得知了長今與閔政浩之間的愛慕之情。吃醋的中宗以朝鮮最珍貴的一把神弓作為賭注與閔政浩比賽箭術,欲贏得長今送給閔政浩的定情信物。閔政浩不願意失去信物,借中宗意外之失贏得勝利;憤怒的中宗一時欲當場射殺閔政浩,清醒之後扔掉神弓,揚長而去。閔政浩為使長今不受傷害,夜見中宗,請求中宗下令長今為主治醫官,並表示願意為長今的幸福捨棄一切,這就是他對長今愛慕的方式。中宗深受觸動,不顧群臣激烈反對,下令任命長今為中宗的主治醫官,為朝鮮第一位御用女醫師,並下賜號大長今,封為正三品堂上官。並對長今述說起他無力保護第一任王妃的往事,不將長今納入後宮以免遭受宮廷鬥爭的危險,而將她留在身邊時時看?,也是他對長今的一種愛慕方式。中宗此舉卻受到朝中大臣的激烈反對,眾臣的反對是因為根深柢固的男尊女卑的觀念,眾臣無法讓中宗回心轉意,於是因此極力彈劾同副承旨閔政浩。為了平息激烈的朝廷危機,中宗不得不將閔政浩流配到異鄉。數年後,中宗患上腸閉塞,藥石無靈,長今提議為中宗施行手術,但當時朝鮮無法接受動刀做手術的治療,引發朝中眾臣對於大長今的指責。中宗知道大臣不會放過長今,因此隱密下令,讓內侍府的人將長今送到閔政浩被流配的地方,希望兩個人遠走大明朝,避免被朝廷官員追殺,當長今與閔政浩重逢後,中宗已經駕崩,兩人被逼逃亡,後隱居於白丁村,但亦終於共諧連理,並誕下女兒閔曉賢。八年後(朝鮮明宗6年,即1550年),當閔政浩一家三口仍在逃亡中,被熟手姜德久發現,並告知淑媛連生和王大妃(文定王后),大妃決定恢復閔政浩和長今二人身份,請他們回到宮廷,他們終於與闊別多年的好友相見,但長今已無意留在宮中,寧願四處行醫救人,閔政浩亦隨她和女兒一同渡過自由生活,最後長今在山洞見到一個難產婦人,並終於用手術將她和胎兒救活,閔政浩亦慨嘆長今在一個難以容納她的時代仍然堅持她的立志。
