I believe that calling it just a modification for THIS specific campaign underestimates Soviet's work a bit. If I were to do a critical analysis, it would take quite some time, because the content of his campaign overhaul introduces a very diverse layout of units and buildings, even for enemies -- What surprised me the most is his Nightmare mode, which practically turns the base campaign into an entirely new one, using only the same map but with all other aspects changed. I don't think it's fair to limit THIS campaign to 'just a modification' and not give it the recognition it truly deserves.
