The Nightdive Studios remaster is much better than this RTX thing, and it's free if you own the original on Steam/GOG. It's got the base game, two official expansions (Ground Zero and The Reckoning), a new campaign "Call of the Machine", and even exclusive levels from the Nintendo 64 port. There are many other improvements, like enhanced lightning, models, and AI learning a few new tricks (berserker will surprise you on any difficulty level...). They even bothered to remake the old cinematics!
