Oh that is nice head. But why do you have human woman with hat on the picture while you made night elf with hair after all?
If you want to turn nightelf into human then try switching texture for blood elf archer, or even use custom texture with better recolor for it, and add a hat. That should work.

The reference is technically half-human, half elf.
Putting the hat on just moves her hair out of the way so I can see the face better.

Well, for my needs before I used just to recolor stuff, not to draw them. I use stock stuff and recolor them, add some effects etc.. thats it.
