I have not, however I was thinking at some point to get into some experiments with textures, I have some ideas I want to try to be able to seamless edit any texture to gain the needed effect, but it is challenging and time will tell if my plans will turn successful.

I guess you could achieve such things,but for my avatar i used my own drawing and I mixed it with a stained glass style image via midjourney blend feature, after which I did more post editing in photoshop.
