Just a thought: perhaps, the game can't detect the files because they are in OneDrive.

Unchecking that folder from OneDrive made it disappear. But here's the message Reforged gives me when there's nothing at that folder location:
It's telling me to put campaigns in the OneDrive folder in the first place.
