I live in a small town and most refuguess prefer to stay in cities, so there's not as many of them here, but yes - I've noticed. That said, many Ukrainians were already living in Poland before the war started, so we're used to having them around and at least where I'm at, the situation isn't bad. Heck, in some cases it's even quite nice, like I know a single father who took in a woman with two kids and his daughter now calls her "aunt Nadia" and is super happy they're here, because the "aunt" bakes her cookies, fixes clothes and the kids have fun playing together :)

That's not to say that everything is sunshine and rainbows - the situation in some parts, especially cities, is quite rough, but luckily the common people (both us and our guests) are doing their best to manage (while the government sits on their asses tries to sell it as their success, sigh). And, of course, despite many amazing acts of kindness and most Poles wanting to help our guests, we also have asshats trying to exploit or profit off of refuguess, mega sigh. But overall, I think we manage quite well.
