Hello! It's been awhile! Good to hear from you. I know some people have been encouraging you to join us on Discord. You should consider it! It's good fun. Reminds me of the old Hive chatroom days. I hope you're doing well!
I am glad to see you man! I am nice considering this all chaos around. I hope you are well too!
I maybe consider to join discord once since you all need me that desperately
Nice to hear you're surviving the chaos! It's been a strange year but fortunately most people I have spoken to have mostly been spared from any serious hardship.
I'm doing pretty well. I'm working from home at the moment which has been nice. I don't know if that will keep up through the summer, but for the time being it's nice not needing to commute to work and spend a large part of my week nearly elbow to elbow with my coworkers in a small office. My opinion may change after doing this for another six months though. Working from home isn't all sunshine and rainbows!
Oh yes, my fiance also works from home. Since pandemic started most of the people who work in IT sector or similar moved to home from offices in companies.
Does your fiancé work in IT? I work in animation which is also well suited for the transition to working from home. I know this is old news now, but congrats again on the engagement! Have you set a wedding date yet or are you waiting for the pandemic to blow over?
Thanks man!
Well, we wait times to ,,calm down" a bit.
Yes, she works on managing websites, SEO and such. She worked for one company, corporation, until recently, and now she works solo, standalone for clients.
Ah, so she works freelance. I have often thought about doing the same but it seems like a lot of work to get started. I hope it is working well for her. Too bad about the wedding, but holding off for now definitely seems prudent. I would do the same if I were in your position.
