Thanks! I'll check them out in then next couple of days when I have a bit more time.
As for the RoC campaign - probably not entirely.
That said, I was thinking about implementing the fancy start/end screens I wanted to do now that I have a better idea of how to do it (+proper mouse natives)
I also wanted to finish up the 'new' save/load codes and possibly make them codeless. Although, I'll have to see how much work it'll be to replace it in the current maps.
Sounds awesome! I'm looking forward to any updates. Of course, the biggest dream will always remain the Eternity's End campaign, but ah, if the time and motivation simply aren't there then of course it's understandable as always.
I took a look at them but I couldn't get the game to freeze on mission 2.
I tried it a few times and nothing unusual happened, so for now I'm going to only update Falric's ability issues
Understood. Might have been a one-time thing.
Try the following though: After retrieving Kel'thuzad's remains, don't finish the main base construction mission. Instead head north from your base and destroy the trees on the left with meat wagons (there should be two skulls on sticks). Proceed down that path until you find the Secret Sasquatch Society, kill the sasquatches, and then finish the main base quest. Then amass an army of ghouls and attack the first paladin, directly north-west of your base. Those are the exact steps we took - as soon as the paladin's forces attacked and the peasants went Militia, the game froze for both of us.
Btw, which maps did you end up updating so far? I see that a few were updated.
Okay, thanks! I'll play it again and see if the bug recurs.
Btw while you're at it! Sundering Blades, the new Knight upgrade, is broken. It's not implemented in the maps' upgrade system, and therefore it needs to be researched by each player individually, and each player needs to tech up to Castle for it. Plus, it shows up in maps where knights are not available.
Another thing that I should bring up I guess is that Necromancers are scary with their new abilities. Cripple is T2 and they use it often. I've never seen them use Unholy Frenzy, but maps with necromancers can be more difficult - especially the Human map where you need to survive for 30 minutes, it's... Very hard now on Insane, much harder than any of the maps, I passed it with abusing bugs every time basically (the UD sometimes fail to destroy the base completely before the time runs out, and sometimes even after destroying all of the human buildings, we don't lose for some reason and can just wait it out with nothing left).
Oh, and one more thing, this has been a bug for a long time now - in the bonus mission, Human 10, Skeleton Warriors that are raised by Necromancers spawn with ~2000 health. This makes it much more difficult for the Falric player to manage the defense if he's not extremely careful with the micro (nuking necros before they reach corpses and never focusing the warriors until everything else is dead). That should be an easy fix though.
