Not only that but for some with slow internet it might be a killer for the whole month (bandwidth limit).

This now, in today's day and age? In the 1990's I'd have understood and even complied, but in 2018? And in a game modding community no less... Most of us have powerful computers and fast, unlimited internet here. Kind of a requirement since the game is a couple gigabytes and multiplayer mode requires low pings. On top of that, map size limits were recently upped to 100+ MB as well. Have you downloaded any recently? I have collected 10 GB worth of maps over the years: http://www.3ice.hu/blog/how-delete-organize-download-maps-warcraft/
Scroll your Facebook feed for five minutes and you'll have blown through over 100 MB data. In comparison; You could spend more than five minutes reading my review. Especially if you don't skip past the pictures but look at them in detail. The 20 images in my review take up a grand total of ~40 MB. (Averages to around 1-2 MB each, I checked several of them.) I completely understand that people with tight bandwidth limits (especially on mobile) might still

find that a problem. (Having recently survived on a 200MB daily cap during my last holiday - yes it was hell. I had to minmax everything.) But I was careful enough to turn off third party scripts and image loading in my browser while I was on the metered connection. Plugins on "click to load" / "click to play". Others concerned about bandwidth should do the same too. Instead of expecting the whole internet to conform to your limitations, take control of the situation.
I'm on a 10 years old laptop with the cheapest, slowest internet connection available in my area. There was no lag, slowness of loading, or other issues noticeable in the thread. It loaded in a couple seconds, and the pictures only downloaded as I scrolled them into view. Each taking a few seconds to load at maximum.
I checked out your Somewhere Across Nowhere map — Nice template. But you put every single image, and each section, in its own spoiler tag. (Nested 3 levels deep, even!). It was my version of hell, (2/3)

(3/3) having to click each tiny button to reveal the details. I must say no to that. Give me all images at once. Or a slideshow.

Sorry I ranted quite long up there. ^^ Should've just complied and spoilered up my whole post instead of arraying these counter arguments. There's probably even a rule limiting post length or number of attachments per post. But now I'm invested! No spoiler tags aside from that first one.
