At the bottom of the page you will find a download link for "Warcraft 3 beta cracks 1.03, 1.21, 1.32 and WE 1.21". Only for those versions, cracks are provided. You can't play any others. If you just want to play around with the files, you might want to handle each patch seperately.
The Patches are as incremental or full as listed on the page. This means 1.03, 1.10 and 1.12 have stand-alone patches, everything else is inremental. My copy of incremental patch "Patch 1.03->1.10" is broken, thus I'm not providing it there.
