KEY MECHANICS
- Silithid Nest and Eggs: The primary structure of this faction, the Silithid Nest, spawns up to 3 Eggs around it. The Eggs can then morph into different Silithid insectoids.
- Silithid Crawler: The Crawlers are secondary workers, specialized at lumber gathering. They harvest by generating 2 wasps that will begin gathering lumber from trees, and also serves as drop-off point for lumber.
- Silithid units: Silithid offensive units, although weak in terms of hit points and damage, have the potential to reach a fast attack speed that allows them to achieve formidable damage over time, in addition to having life-steal in their attacks that increases with their respective armor upgrades.
- Qiraji and Titan-forged units: While Silithid units morph from eggs, Qiraji and Titan-forged units are trained from unit production structures. Resistant and with powerful spells or passives, Qiraji and Titan-forged units march across the battlefield supporting the weak Silithid creatures in battle.
- Scarab Wall: After reaching tier 3, you can unlock an upgrade that allows buildings to slowly regenerate their hit points over time. It also allows Mastabas and Resonating Pylons to provide a defensive aura to nearby buildings.

Basic worker unit. Can harvest gold, unearth Qiraji structures, and Repair.
Lumber harvesting unit. Generates two Wasps that will gather lumber from trees. Also serves as a drop-off point for harvested lumber.
Basic Silithid attack unit. Has Hunger, which gives a lifesteal effect on attacks. Can learn Sting Barrage.

Sting Barrage | Each attack grants 1 charge for this ability. Upon reaching 4 charges the unit will fire 3 stingers forward, each dealing damage to enemies in its path. Units that are too close can take damage from multiple stingers. |
Light ranged creature, effective against air units. Has Hunger, which gives a lifesteal effect on attacks. Can learn Neurotoxin.
Hunger | This unit will recover hit points equal to a percentage of the attack damage dealt to an enemy unit. The amount increases with each armor upgrade level. | |
Neurotoxin | Attacks have a chance to apply a toxin on enemy units. The toxin causes enemies to have a chance to miss on of their attacks for a few seconds. |
Support unit with ranged attacks. Has Symbiotic Link, which heals wounded allies. Can learn Elevate and Dark Conduit.
Symbiotic Link | Heals a target friendly non-mechanical wounded unit and creates a link with it that continuously heals the target every second, while the caster will gain additional movement speed. The link lasts a few seconds but can be broken early if both units are too far apart or if one of them dies. | |
Elevate | Allows the Swarmguard to fly, increasing her movement speed and the range of Symbiotic Link, but losing her ability to attack. |

Primary spellcaster. Can initially cast Silithid Pox, which slows and increases the damage taken by enemy units. Has Hunger, which gives a lifesteal effect on attacks. Can also learn Sonic Pulse and Dust Storm.
Silithid Pox | Slows a target enemy unit's attack speed and increases all damage it takes from Silithid units. | |
Sonic Pulse | Emits an ultrasonic buzz that reveals nearby invisible units around the Ambusher. Stuns nearby summoned units and illusions for a few seconds. | |
Dust Storm | Channels a dust storm that reduces the damage that allied units within take from ranged attacks. | |

Short-ranged disruptive semi-spellcaster. Can initially use Asphyxiate, which causes its attacks to slow enemies. Can also learn Nullifying Grasp and Sunder.
Asphyxiate | Attacks against enemy units will reduce their movement speed and their damage, but will deal a reduced percentage of normal damage. | |
Nullifying Grasp | Removes all buffs from a target unit. Enemy units are also immobilized for a few seconds and their movement speed is reduced; they will slowly regain their movement speed. Deals damage to summoned units. | |
Sunder | Every time the Strangler uses an ability against an enemy unit, it will regain hit points and gain damage reduction for some seconds. |
Long-range siege creature. Has a very fast attack and is effective against buildings, but is vulnerable. Has Hunger, which gives a lifesteal effect on attacks. Can learn the Pressurized Glands upgrade.

Sandfury | Summons several sand vortexes that move randomly in an area around the unit and deal damage to enemy buildings they come into contact with. | |

Agile flying creature. Has Hunger, which gives a lifesteal effect on attacks. Can learn the Adaptive Chitin and Necrotic Poison upgrades.

Qiraji melee warrior. Has Revenge, which allows this unit to enhance its attacks when taking large amounts of damage. Can learn the Relentless upgrade.
Revenge | This unit will gain an enhanced attack every time it takes several amounts of damage. The enhanced attack briefly stuns the target enemy unit and will restore a percentage of the Gladiator's maximum hit points. Enhanced attacks do not stack. |
Flying anti-spellcaster and assault creature with negative mana regeneration. Has Overflow, which allows this unit to restore its own mana with attacks, and Counterspell, which provides increased magic resistance. Can learn Neutralization.
Neutralization | Creates a Neutralization Area at the target location that continuously dispels positive buffs from enemy units, and negative buffs from friendly units. Dispels deal damage to summoned units. | |
Overflow | This unit will recover mana equal to a percentage of the attack damage dealt to enemy units. Upon reaching 50% or more mana, it will gain an explosive attack that deals additional damage to the primary target and damage to nearby enemies. | |
Counterspell | Reduces the damage taken from spells. Upon reaching 50% or more mana reduces a higher amount of damage taken from spells and, when targeted by an enemy spell, will counterattack with a magic discharge. |

Warrior Hero, exceptional at melee assaults and punishing enemies. Can learn Spectral Burst, Torment, Soul Drain, and Twin Crown.
Spectral Burst | Sends forth a shadow bolt that damages a target enemy unit, then branches out to hit up to 2 additional nearby enemies for half the damage. The Hero gains bonus armor for each enemy unit hit for a few seconds. | |
Torment | Binds the Hero's soul to a target enemy unit, causing them to take a percentage of any damage dealt to the Tyrant. Cannot be dispelled. | |
Soul Drain | Attacks and spells cast by the hero on enemy organic units have a chance to fragment the target's soul into 3 soul residues that will fly towards the Tyrant to restore a percentage of the Hero's lost hit points. | |
Twin Crown | Summons a Doppelganger of the Tyrant. The Hero and the Doppelganger have their lives linked, sharing a portion of healing received with each other. The Doppelganger also inherits the Hero's current level of Soul Drain on its attacks. |
Cunning Hero, adept at infiltrating enemy lines and taking down targets. Can learn Predatory Strike, Leech Life, Eat Corpse, and Consume.
Predatory Strike | Burrows into the ground and quickly tunnels towards the target point or unit, dealing damage to enemy ground units along the way and stunning them for 1 second. If cast on a target enemy, the hero will deliver a blow that deals moderate damage. | |
Leech Life | Latches onto an enemy unit and stuns it while draining its blood, dealing damage and restoring health to the caster. | |
Eat Corpse | Devours a nearby corpse to restore the Hero's mana and gain a movement speed boost for a few seconds. | |
Consume | Kills and devours a target unit, ally or enemy, restoring a percentage of the Devourer's total hit points and granting a temporary bonus to agility. Cannot be used on Heroes, or creeps above level 5. |
Mystical Hero, adept at spell damage and crowd control. Can learn Grim Bolt, Defile, Gloom Aura, and Ritual of Madness.
Grim Bolt | Unleashes a shadow bolt in the target direction that erupts when it hits an enemy unit or reaches the target point, dealing damage in a small area and stopping enemies from attacking. | |
Defile | Empowers the Hero with void-infused enchantments, adding additional spell damage on attacks for the duration. | |
Gloom Aura | Reduces spell damage resistance of nearby enemy units. | |
Ritual of Madness | The Hero transforms into a medium of C'Thun's power, channeling an avatar of the Old God onto itself. The avatar reduces the movement speed of nearby enemies, while using its tentacles to attack nearby enemies. Tentacles deal spell damage per attack. Reveals nearby invisible units. |
Warrior Hero, exceptional as a frontline tank and at supporting allies. Can learn Toxic Spray, Hive Mind, Impervious Carapace, and Swarming Aura.
Toxic Spray | Launches a ball of venom at an enemy organic target, dealing damage over time and reducing their armor. Using this ability again on an affected enemy will cause them to take a burst of damage based on their total hit points. | |
Hive Mind | Organizes nearby allied units into a collective behavior, increasing their armor and attack speed. | |
Impervious Carapace | A heavy layer of chitin protects the hero from direct attacks, reducing a percentage of any damage received from the front. | |
